How to find yourself

People usually start searching for this when the old answers stop working: in work, in relationships, in the rhythm of everyday life. There’s no ready-made recipe, and we won’t pretend there is. But you don’t have to look for your answer alone.

Why it’s hard on your own

On your own it’s easy to go round in circles: the same thoughts, the same books, the same conclusions. It’s hard to see where you have already changed and where you are repeating old patterns.

So the Lab gives you 2 things to lean on: a group whose experience you can recognise yourself in, and an observation tracker where you honestly note what is changing.

How it works at Evolution Lab

  • A “point of entry” questionnaire at the start: where you are now
  • A live session every Monday and a guided practice lying down to music
  • An observation tracker and sharing between sessions
  • A closing “Experience Map” questionnaire, so you can honestly see the difference
  • Integration until the end of month 6, materials for good
“Thank you for the chance to walk the path back to myself together with you.”

What you can count on

  • Live sessions and the founders’ materials
  • A circle of people walking the same path
  • A chance to see yourself in other people’s experience

What we don’t promise

  • Ready-made answers to “who am I”
  • Quick results
  • A substitute for therapy or professional advice

Evolution Lab is a spiritual and educational practice. It is not medical or psychotherapeutic care and does not replace it.

Questions

In short

How much time does it take?
About 2.5 hours a week during the 11 weeks of live sessions, then integration at your own pace until the end of month 6.
What if I’m going through a really hard time?
If you are in an acute mental-health or medical crisis, please see a professional first. The Lab is a spiritual practice, not therapy.
How is this different from coaching?
A coach helps you reach a specific goal. Here there is no target result: you explore your own experience in a group, and the founders offer practices and explain how they see things.
Can I start with something free?
Yes, with the open session: 60 minutes on Zoom, no commitment.
