How taking part in a cohort works, from application and payment to community rules and access to materials.

These terms apply to taking part in Evolution Lab cohorts, currently Cohort 5.0. By applying and paying for a place, you agree to them.

The Lab is a spiritual and educational practice. It is not medical, psychotherapeutic or any other professional care and does not replace it. We make no diagnoses and promise no results: every participant’s experience is their own.
If you are under treatment, taking medication or have serious health problems, talk to your doctor before joining. If you are in crisis right now, it is better to start with a specialist and come back to the Lab later.
If the call shows that the format is not right for you, we will say so honestly and take no payment. You can join the cohort until [the first session].

Payment is made through Stripe [by card and other available methods]. Prices are shown [including or excluding VAT]. Instalment schedule: [dates and amounts]. If an instalment fails: [what happens to access].

To cancel, write to EvolutionCodeLab@gmail.com. We refund to the same payment method within [14 days].
We may move a session and will let you know at least [24 hours] in advance. If a session does not happen because of us, we will hold it on another day.
If you miss a session, the recording will be waiting for you. Missed sessions are not refunded or moved to another cohort.
We may remove a participant who seriously or repeatedly breaks these rules. [Refund in that case: …]
Recordings, texts, practices and methods, including Quantum Biohacking™ and Pure Code™, belong to the founders [and the rights holders of the International Academy of Atmalogy methods]. You keep access to the materials for good.
The materials are for your personal use. You may not sell, publish or pass them on to others, or use them in your own work with clients, without the founders’ written consent.
Sessions are recorded and available to participants of the cohort. You can turn your camera off and change your Zoom name. We publish testimonials only with your written consent and with initials.
How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions during and after the program. We are not responsible for outages of Zoom, Telegram or your internet connection, but we will help you get the recording. [For the lawyer: check this wording against consumer law.]
The terms in force on the day you pay apply to your cohort. These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer you keep the protection given by the laws of the country where you live. [For the lawyer to check.]
