Embodiment practice online

Embodiment practice isn’t fitness or stretching. It is about attention: noticing what your body feels, where it holds tension and where it has energy. At Evolution Lab this is part of every week, and you can do it from home.

Why the body needs attention, not just movement

Most of us only remember our bodies when they are tired or sore. The rest of the time we live in our heads, among tasks, thoughts and screens. Embodiment practice brings attention back to where it rarely goes.

At the Lab the body isn’t something to control but a way of experiencing. You don’t do exercises for a result; you learn to listen and to write down what you notice.

How it works at Evolution Lab

  • 7 quantum transmissions on Mondays: 45 minutes of guided practice lying down to music, paying attention to sensations
  • An observation tracker: what your body feels between sessions
  • No sportswear or equipment: just headphones and a quiet room
  • Recordings of the practices if you’d rather do them later
  • Sharing what you notice in the group chat, without judgement
“This year became a year of learning, growth and new discoveries: I became a certified atmologist, finished a massage course and started learning chess.”

A good fit if you

  • Want to hear your own body better in everyday life
  • Are looking for a calm practice, not a workout
  • Can keep an observation tracker between sessions

Better to wait if you

  • Have pain or symptoms that need a doctor
  • Are looking for physical rehabilitation or fitness
  • Aren’t ready for a group format

Evolution Lab is a spiritual and educational practice. It is not medical or psychotherapeutic care and does not replace it.

Questions

In short

Do I need to be physically fit?
No. The practices are done lying down or sitting, with no strength or flexibility exercises.
Does this replace massage or physiotherapy?
No. It is a practice of paying attention to the body, not treatment. If something hurts, please see a doctor.
How much time does it take?
About 2.5 hours a week: a 90‑minute session on Monday, the rest at your own pace.
Can I do the practice from the recording?
Yes. The recording goes up within a day, and you can do the transmission whenever suits you.
